SOC 2 Type II Certified Process
1. Information Collection
When business owners submit an exit readiness assessment, the data is strongly typed to the issuing Advisor's Tenant ID. We collect 40 parameters of high-level business operational structure, none of which require entering specific social security numbers or granular tax filings.
2. Google Vertex AI Processing
Assessment payloads are processed through stateless Gemini 2.5 routines strictly for generating diagnostic dimensions. Data passed to the LLM backend is not used to train Google's models based on enterprise data privacy agreements.
3. Right to Erasure
Both the Advisor and the Business Owner may request access, export, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out review through the privacy request portal.
