2. Client creation
Create a client record before sending anything. This keeps the assessment, report, and downstream deliverables tied to a single advisory workflow.
3. Assessment delivery
Send the secure share link to the business owner, then follow up until the 40-question diagnostic is fully submitted and scored.
4. Report delivery
Use the report page as the live advisor workbench. Regenerate when needed, restore earlier versions, and move into CIM, VDR, and strategic fit workflows.
5. Billing and access
Plan limits control report volume and premium AI workflows. Keep billing healthy so advisors do not lose access during active client work.
