Step-by-step guide
Who can use team seats
Team management is available on the Agency plan only. The primary account holder (the person who subscribed) manages the seats. Sub-advisors are team members who can access the platform under the primary account's client data and quota.
Maximum of 3 sub-advisors per Agency account. This limit is fixed and cannot be increased on the current plan.
Sending an invitation
Go to Settings and scroll to the Team section. Enter the sub-advisor's name and email address, then click Invite.
The invited person receives an email with a link to set up their account. Once they accept and sign up, their status changes from Invited to Active in your team list.
Sub-advisor invitations are tied to the email address you enter. If the invitee has a different email in their account, they won't be able to accept. Double-check the address before sending.
What sub-advisors can and cannot do
Sub-advisors can create clients, send assessment links, and generate reports within the primary account's quota. They operate within the same account workspace — there's no separate client separation between the primary advisor and sub-advisors.
Sub-advisors cannot change billing, invite other sub-advisors, or modify the primary account's branding settings.
Removing a sub-advisor
Click the remove button next to any active sub-advisor in the team list. Their access is revoked immediately. Their seat becomes available for a new invitation.
Any clients or reports they created remain in the account — nothing is deleted when a sub-advisor is removed.
