Billing, Plans, and Report Quota
Report credits go faster than most advisors expect — especially once you start using the platform for real client work. Here's exactly what counts against your quota, what doesn't, and where to check your current balance.
What you'll learn
- ✓Understand the three plan tiers and their monthly report limits
- ✓Know what actions consume a report credit
- ✓Find your current usage and billing details
Step-by-step guide
The three plan tiers
Starter — 2 report generations per month. Includes client management, assessment links, readiness reports, and PDF export. Auto-CIM, Synergy Radar, VDR Kanban, and Persona Tuning are not available on this plan.
Professional — 10 report generations per month. Adds all four of those features.
Agency — 50 report generations per month. Everything in Professional, plus up to 3 sub-advisor seats under your primary account.
Creating a client or sending an assessment link does not use a report credit. Credits are only consumed when you generate or regenerate a report.
What counts as a report generation
Each time you click Generate Report or Regenerate Report on a client's report page, one credit is deducted from your monthly quota.
Generating a CIM via the Auto-CIM button does not consume an additional report credit — it uses the existing report data. Synergy Radar benchmarking analysis also does not consume a credit.
Credits reset at the start of each billing cycle.
Checking your usage and billing
Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, remaining report credits for this period, billing cycle dates, and recent invoice history.
From the billing page you can also access the Stripe billing portal to update your payment method, download invoices, or cancel your subscription.
Upgrading or changing plans
Upgrades take effect immediately. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you get access to the new plan's features right away and the quota adjusts proportionally.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period. If you downgrade from Agency to Professional, sub-advisor seats become inactive at the period end.
