  • Average readiness score across scored assessments
  • Report generation quota and onboarding checklist status

Step-by-step guide

01

The four main stat cards

At the top of the dashboard you'll see four summary cards:

Total Clients — every client record you've created, regardless of assessment status.

Assessments — total assessments across all clients. One client can have multiple assessments over time, though in practice most have one.

Completed Assessments — assessments where the client has submitted all answers. These are ready for report generation.

High Risk Flags — assessments scored as Critical or High risk. These are the ones that typically need immediate attention before an exit process can begin.

02

The average readiness score

Below the summary cards, you'll see an average readiness score across all assessments where reports have been generated. It's a composite number — each dimension from the questionnaire feeds into it.

Honestly, a low score is often a good sign for the advisory relationship. Clients who score low finally have something specific to work toward. A high score across the board usually means the client is close to being ready to launch a process. Either way, use the number to start the conversation — not to end it.

The score is only as meaningful as the quality of the client's answers. If a client rushed through the questionnaire, flag it and suggest a follow-up call to review their responses.

03

The onboarding checklist

If you're new to the platform, a checklist appears in the dashboard showing your setup progress: advisor profile complete, active subscription, first client added, first report generated. Each step links directly to where you need to go.

Once all four are complete, the checklist disappears. It doesn't reappear.

04

Recent assessments list

Below the stats, you'll see your most recent assessments with their current status and risk level. Click any row to go directly to that client's detail page.

Status values you'll see: Pending (link sent, not started), In Progress (client has started), Completed (submitted), Scored (report generated).
