M&A Insights ("Company") provides an AI-augmented diagnostic tool designed solely to assist registered M&A advisors and business brokers in facilitating seller exit readiness discussions.
2. Artificial Intelligence Content Limitations
The system utilizes large language models (Google Vertex AI / Gemini 2.5) to synthesize diagnostic responses. While systems are tuned for accuracy, content may occasionally contain hallucinations or omissions. Financial advice must always be validated by certified professionals in the target jurisdiction.
3. Billing and Subscriptions
Report generation limits are strictly enforced depending on your Subscription Tier. Attempting to circumvent the backend Usage system to generate free reports constitutes a ban-able violation.
