Important usage boundary
Reports, CIM drafts, synergy outputs, and remediation workflows generated by AI Valuation Insight are provided for informational support and workflow assistance.
The platform does not provide legal, tax, audit, broker-dealer, investment, or fairness-opinion services. Advisors remain responsible for reviewing generated outputs before external use.
1. Scope of service and authorized use
AI Valuation Insight provides a B2B software workflow for advisors, boutique investment banks, and similar teams that need branded assessments, draft reporting, and client readiness coordination.
You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, resell raw platform access, or use the service for illegal or fraudulent activity.
2. AI-assisted output and review responsibility
The platform uses AI-assisted drafting to generate reports, CIM drafts, remediation workflows, and related materials. We use structured prompts and workflow controls to improve consistency, but generated output may still contain inaccuracies or omissions.
Subscribers are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated materials before sending them to clients, buyers, counterparties, or other external parties.
3. Billing, plan limits, and misuse
Subscription tiers define plan limits for premium generation workflows and related features. Assessments and basic intake flows may be available without consuming report generation quota.
Service fees are billed through Stripe on the selected billing cadence. We may update pricing with notice to active subscribers. Abuse of plan limits, credential sharing beyond intended use, or automated misuse of generation workflows may result in suspension or termination.
4. Intellectual property and customer content
AI Valuation Insight retains rights to the platform software, workflow design, and related systems. Subscribers retain rights to their own source data and to the advisor-reviewed deliverables they create for their clients, subject to applicable law and any third-party rights.
5. Liability framework
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided as a workflow and information support tool. We do not accept responsibility for decisions made without appropriate human review, professional judgment, or independent verification.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to a reasonable contractual cap and excludes indirect, consequential, and similar categories of damages. This section should be reviewed with counsel before final commercial publication.
